This hardwood cutting board is 18 and 3/4″ long by 15 and 1/2″ wide by 3/4″ thick.
It is made from Purple Heart, Ziricote, and Flame Birch glued up in strips, then cut and re-glued to insert the hashmarks. The

It features a juice groove on both sides, sanded down on the inside for a gentle slope to the trough along the edge. The board does not have handles, and all edges are sanded down and smoothed over, so they are both pleasing to the touch and helpful when picking up the board from any direction.
The board is two-sided, with identical juice grooves and hashmarks on either side.
